Turks and Caicos – Hotel Sandals
Project Summary
Ducts for air conditioning, exhaust, and ventilation systems were manufactured for the new Hotel Sandals in Turks and Caicos. Based on the original plans, design improvements were proposed through BIM modeling to optimize airflow and increase energy efficiency. The work included international logistics coordination and direct installation supervision to ensure quality and compliance with international hotel standards.
- Manufacture ducts in galvanized, black, and stainless steel sheet according to project requirements.
- Coordinate maritime transport and shipment to the island of Turks and Caicos.
- Supervise on-site installation to ensure technical compliance and deadlines are met.
- Review and improvement of plans to optimize routes and system efficiency.
- Prefabrication in Mexico with quality control and secure packaging for export.
- Coordination with the international site to ensure efficient assembly and regulatory compliance.
- Optimization of internal air routes and improved equipment performance.
- On-time completion of international deadlines with maritime transport and technical supervision.
- Increased assembly efficiency thanks to BIM modeling and modular prefabrication.
