It is a precision machine that works automatically for the Manufacture of Ducts Type Clip - Zeta and Ducts Type TDF or TDC.

It has the particularity that the ducts that are manufactured are Standard, this means that the length of the duct regardless of the section (width and height) will always measure the same, since it will depend on the width of the coil, example for the coil of a width of 1.22m the ducts come out:

PTO or TDC with a length of 1.11m

Staple and Zeta with a length of 1.19m

This makes it possible to manufacture several ducts with the same length in the form of production, obtaining a much faster, more efficient manufacturing and having the maximum use of the material, achieving almost zero waste.

In the manufacture of the ducts, this equipment can remove the ducts in a single section, in two sections or in 4 sections, everything will depend on the size of the duct.
